As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Dilip is responsible for the overall strategy, development and financials of Evoque’s projects.

With a real estate experience spanning more than 20 years, he has acquired, developed, constructed, operated and sold over 20 mixed-use and industrial projects in Southern California, valued at almost $1 billion. In the last decade, Dilip has focused histime and financials in the real estate industry; developing, building and stabilizing a number of different projects. These projects include: The Aliso (472 apartments over 23,000 sf of retail in the Arts District in LA), Above (334,000 sf spec office project also in the Arts District), Legendary Rosemead (entitlement of 193 multi-family apartments in East Pasadena), Legendary Glendale (development of 80 multi-family apartments in Glendale), etc.

Dilip graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
