As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Parham is involved in the overall strategy and implementation of its growth and development efforts.

He has been involved in the real estate investment and development arena since 1988, where his firm, 21st Century Development, Inc. was involved in the acquisition, subdivision, and sale of planned unit developments in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Parham is also a Co-Founder of Evolution Strategic Partners, LLC, a full services multifamily and mixed use development firm with multiple projects ranging from 50-300 units. Parham was formerly the Founder and CEO of Ecoplast and Envision Plastics, a leading plastics compounding and recycled resins manufacturer, with plants across the U.S. After acquiring multiple businesses in this arena during his 21 years of ownership, he sold the collection to a division of Bain Capital.

Parham graduated from California State University, Northridge School of Business, with a specialty degree in Marketing.
